Dr. Charles Farr lead the way in the use of hydrogen peroxide IV and promoted the education of physicians through training. He was also the founder of the International Bio-Oxidative Medicine Foundation.

When given intravenously hydrogen peroxide increases our oxidative capacity and affects the level of oxygen in the blood, thereby increasing it. Hydrogen Peroxide is converted in the body to water and oxygen by an enzyme called catalase.
